Functoriality of Harmonic Foliations
Li, Lingfei

2008, Doctor of Philosophy, Ohio State University, Mathematics.
A functorial property of Tondeur’s index of harmonic foliations is obtained, and is applied via Hopf fibration to show that the Fubini-Study metric on ℙn (n>0) is not bundle-like with respect to any nontrivial complex foliation, or to any real foliation that is stable.
