Abstract

This research study was conducted to determine how teachers within a rural Northwest Ohio Primary School are utilizing technology within their classrooms. The objectives of the study were to identify the types of technology being used and to identify any challenges that may impact the use of technology in the classroom such as funding, time management, and teachers' attitudes towards technology.

To complete this study the researcher completed passive observations in each classroom, as well as administering a Technology Integration Survey and Post Observation Questionnaire to each participant.

All findings and data are found within the following document. Recommendations for future studies are also offered. Appendices include HSRB Approval Documents, the Teacher Technology Integration Survey, and the Post Observation Interview Questionnaire.
